Initial Consultation
An assessment of your breastfeeding needs as well as a personalized care plan for you and your baby. This includes guidance to achieve a comfortable latch, optimal feeding positions, optimal infant output parameters and more. We will also discuss methods to establish and maintain a human milk supply. If needed, we can discuss with parents regarding selection of a breast pump and maintaining milk supply/breastmilk storage when/if going back to work. This visit will be at either our Rockrimmon office, in your home, or virtually.

Lactation + Chiropractic
As a chiropractor as well as an IBCLC, Dr. Ashley strives to help mothers and babies achieve successful breastfeeding. She utilizes a variety of methods to help relieve tension, increase comfort and promote successful breastfeeding. Her approach combines chiropractic, massage and lactation services to ensure the best possible outcome for mothers and their babies. This service is even more so helpful for parents who are thinking about oral tie revision and need pre/post op body work + lactation care. These visits can be at our Rockrimmon office or in your home. Please note: our chiropractic care is not covered by insurance.

Follow Up Consultation
This visit typically lasts one hour, but if you feel like you need more time, please let us know and we can make arrangements. This visit can be used to reassess any issues we discussed at the initial consultation, develop a change in your personalized plan, or assess baby's progress. This is also perfect for the family who just has a simple question regarding themselves or their baby. This can be done in our Rockrimmon office, in your home, or virtually. Option to include chiropractic care with your follow up at an additional cost.

Bottle Refusal Consult
This service is designed to assist infants of any age who are experiencing difficulty with bottle feeding. Whether it's a newborn struggling to transition from breast to bottle or an older baby refusing the bottle altogether, my expertise allows me to assess the situation comprehensively. Through personalized consultations, I provide strategies and guidance tailored to the unique needs of the baby and family, aiming to facilitate successful bottle feeding experiences. My approach encompasses gentle techniques and evidence-based practices to address challenges and support the baby's feeding journey with care and compassion.

In Home Consult
I provide comprehensive in-home lactation consultations, offering the same level of expertise and support as our office consultations but in the comfort of your own home. These consultations cover a wide range of lactation concerns, including latch issues, milk supply challenges, nipple pain, and more. By conducting consultations in your familiar environment, I aim to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere conducive to effective support and guidance. Whether you're a new parent or seeking assistance with an older infant, my in-home consultations prioritize your convenience and well-being while addressing your breastfeeding needs with personalized care and expertise. Same base price as in office consults with an added travel fee.

Weighted Feed/Weight Check
Providing parents with peace of mind and valuable insights into their baby's feeding patterns and growth. With our medical-grade scale, we offer accurate measurements before and after breastfeeding sessions to determine the amount of milk consumed. This service is particularly beneficial for breastfeeding dyads experiencing concerns about milk transfer, weight gain, or feeding efficiency. Additionally, we provide standalone weight checks for parents seeking reassurance about their baby's growth trajectory. Our goal is to empower families with knowledge and support, ensuring optimal feeding and development for their little ones.
